Getting to Beacon Bed & Breakfast

Coming up from Vancouver catch the ferry at Horseshoe Bay to Langdale (Sunshine Coast). This is a 45 minute ferry crossing. Drive 1-1/2 hours easy driving time, 84 kilometers (52 miles) through many scenic little towns. This time allowance doesn't leave you any time for sightseeing along the way. Arrive at Earl's Cove ferry terminal, enjoy the free 45 minute sailing across the beautiful Jervis Inlet to Saltery Bay. Many of our guests indicate that this is the most picturesque of all the trips. Upon your arrival at Saltery Bay you will drive approximately 29.3 kilometers (17 mi) to Beacon B&B and Spa. Stay on the main highway until you come to a flashing light. At that point the streets are alphabetical backwards. When you see Penticton Street slow down as our B&B is just 4 houses along from there.

Coming across from Little River, board the ferry for an 1-1/2 hour of scenic sailing across the Strait of Georgia. Upon your arrival drive up the hill to the stop light. Turn right and follow Marine Avenue along for 2.5 km (1 mile). Beacon B&B and Spa is located at 3750 Marine Avenue. We are on the left hand side of the road, there is water as far as you can see on the right hand side.
